Phase 1
Discovery
We carefully scope out your project from start-to-finish by defining all of the design and development requirements of your digital product. This part of our technical partnership is very collaborative, and it happens before any contract is signed. Everything is laid out together here sets the stage so that we can hit the ground running.
Phase 2
Design
We start by creating visual guides that form the foundation of your app. These wireframes serve as blueprint concepts of every single screen, function, pop-up, and animation that needs to be accounted for. Once the wireframing process is complete, we take your design blueprint and bring it to life with beautiful, pixel-perfect high fidelity mockups.
Phase 3
Development
We are now bringing your application’s design to life. Think of this as building the brain of your application. All of the code that runs your app will be fully implemented and ready for testing
Phase 4
Initial deployment
What we want to discover for ourselves here are all of the possible scenarios that your future users could go through. We’ll make sure your product works on all supported devices and is primed for launch and can handle real-world usage from the get-go.
Phase 5
Testing
We implement incremental quality assurance testing so that there aren’t any big surprises. It’s all about perfecting your digital product for launch. We will run it through many stress tests to confirm that everything is working as intended and all documented bugs are resolved for you.
Phase 6
Final Deployment
We will do everything we can to help you position your product. We will also provide you with support after launch to cover any small issues or errors.

Partners
In special cases, XeRo To Sixty partners with clients on their project. This occurs on a case by case basis. If your project meets our criteria, we will schedule a meeting to discuss the terms of the partnership. In most cases, this is a discounted rate in exchange for equity.
